KICKSMASH & FLAT SMASH LESSON Develop powerful smashes to finish points and create offensive opportunities. Focus on grip, body rotation, footwork, positioning, contact point and racket acceleration. Work on power, spin, trajectory and direction while learning when to use the kick smash or the flat smash. Through dynamic drills and match-like scenarios, improve timing, shot selection and decision-making to attack high balls with confidence.
