Learn about different volleys (flat, slice, block, overhead) to 'hold the net' position. Learn how/why/when/where to use these shots to win points at the net. Helpful tips on technique with basket feeding and drills and then finish with matchplay to practice what you've learnt. Court 4 with coach Adrian.
