Advanced Group

With Oscar, this session is designed for advanced players (+3.5 level) aiming to maximise performance and tactical control on court. The focus is on high-intensity drills that refine advanced attacking and defensive skills, including precise net dominance, aggressive volleys, vibora and smash variations, defensive transitions, and advanced use of the glass. Players will also work on complex tactical patterns, match scenarios, and decision-making under pressure.
