The Brilliant Bandeja. In this class you will understand the purpose of the Bandeja and why it’s the most important overhead in padel. The session will include: - Live demonstrations of the stroke led by Coach Matt Bunn - Understanding the zones of defensive overhead territory - A series of simple progressions that will facilitate better understanding both technically and tactically when receiving a deeper lob.
