Improver Coaching: Baseline and Glass This session is part of the Improver Coaching rotation and focuses on baseline play and using the glass. It is coached throughout and suitable for players rated 1.0 to 2.2. You will work on groundstroke consistency from the back of the court and learn to read rebounds off the back and side glass with confidence, rather than rushing a wall ball or misjudging its pace. The session runs with structured coaching followed by supervised play so you can put the techniques into practice. This week focuses on baseline and glass play, but the session is self contained so you do not need to have attended the other weeks in the rotation.
