Padel 101 for Beginners

New to padel? Start here. Padel 101 is a 90-minute introductory clinic designed specifically for first-time and beginner players. We’ll take you through everything you need to know to step onto the court with confidence — no previous padel experience required. You’ll learn the basic rules and scoring, court positioning, how to hold the racket, fundamental forehands and backhands, volleys, serves, and how to use the glass. We’ll also cover the basic movement and tactics that make padel different from other racket sports. The session combines simple drills, coaching, and guided gameplay so you can learn the fundamentals while actually playing the game. Perfect for first-time players and anyone looking to build a proper foundation before joining regular matches or clinics. Rackets can be provided if required. Please arrive 10 minutes early and come ready to play!
