Description

Two hours on a Sunday morning. An hour of Pilates to open the shoulders and hips, then an hour on court while everything still feels loose. Matcha throughout. Come on your own or bring someone, courts are put together on the morning. All levels, and no padel experience needed. Bring a mat. Finished by ten with the rest of the Sunday ahead of you.
