Wednesday Junior Clinic (12-16 yrs old)

In this stage, players focus on essential concepts of the game and tasks aimed at controlling and directing the ball to win points. They continue to develop the skills necessary for serving, rallying, and scoring. While stroke shapes remain basic, players are combining them with movement and recovery techniques. Athletic training progresses to a higher level of coordination and agility, with an ongoing emphasis on balance. Coaching sessions last 60 minutes, and competition takes place through team-based matches using shortened scoring systems, typically one tiebreak or less.
