Destino Match Lab

Destino Match Lab - Play. Analyse. Coach. Replay. 🧪🎾 A new 90-minute coaching format designed to help you get more from every session and make the coaching directly relevant to your game. Rather than arriving with a predetermined lesson, Match Lab starts with you playing. The coach watches the group in real match situations, identifies the areas that need improvement, coaches those specific problems and then gives you the opportunity to put the solutions straight back into your game. Play. Analyse. Coach. Replay. The 90-minute session is broken down into: 10 mins - Warm Up Get moving, find your rhythm and prepare for match play. 15 mins - Play Competitive match play while the coach observes your positioning, decision-making, shot selection, movement and patterns of play. 10 mins - Analyse The coach breaks down what they’ve seen, identifying common issues and the areas that could make the biggest difference to your game. 20 mins - Coach Targeted coaching based on those observations. Work through the situations, patterns and solutions identified during the opening match play. 30 mins - Replay Back into match play, this time applying the new concepts in realistic points while the coach continues to observe and guide. 5 mins - Feedback Finish with individual and group feedback, key takeaways and areas to continue working on. PLAY. ANALYSE. COACH. REPLAY. By combining match play, analysis and targeted coaching in one 90-minute session, Match Lab gives you the time to identify problems, understand the solutions and then actually put them into practice.
