Filming, Photography, and Commercial Use Policy Use of facilities is strictly limited to personal, recreational purposes unless otherwise expressly authorized.The recording of videos, taking of photographs, or creation of any digital content within the premises is permitted for private, non-commercial use. Any form of commercial activity—including but not limited to content creation for monetization, advertising, coaching promotion, social media influencing, or brand collaborations—requires prior written consent from ROYAL TENNIS MALLORCA management.Clients are not permitted to use the club’s facilities, name, image, or identifiable features for commercial purposes without an explicit agreement. This includes publishing or distributing content that generates or is intended to generate revenue, directly or indirectly.The club reserves the right to: Request the removal of any content created or published without authorization, Deny future access to individuals who breach this policy, Apply additional fees or pursue appropriate action in cases of unauthorized commercial use By booking and using the facilities, clients agree to comply with this policy.
