VDP Membership – Key Terms & Conditions • Membership is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled. • Membership can be cancelled at any time, No partial refunds are issued for unused time. • Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and are non-transferable. • Court booking discounts apply to the member’s portion only. Split payments may be required to activate member discounts. • Booking is subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee court access. • Limits may apply to the number of active bookings or free/off-peak bookings per day, per member, depending on membership type and site rules. • Peak and off-peak times are defined by each club and may change based on demand. • Misuse of membership benefits or booking systems may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund. • Club rules and site policies must be followed at all times.
