Here’s what you can enjoy right away:** **Member Perks** • Priority booking: Reserve courts 15 days in advance (non-members: 7 days). • 10% off court time every visit. • 10% off all merchandise & padel equipment in the club shop. • 10% off food at Jules Restaurant. • Free access to special club events. • Member-only shower facilities available on site. • First-visit walkaround: On your first visit, a team member will give you a short orientation of the courts, facilities, and club etiquette. **Friendly Play & Safety Rules** 1. Be kind, always. Respect fellow players, staff, and guests—on and off court. 2. Share the space. Start and finish on time; vacate courts promptly for the next booking. 3. Play fair. Call lines honestly, rotate serves correctly, and settle disputes with a smile. 4. Keep it tidy. Dispose of bottles, grips, and packaging; return loaned equipment. 5. Sound & language. Keep noise respectful; no abusive or offensive language. 6. Safety first. Appropriate footwear required; report hazards to staff immediately. 7. Consider others. If a ball rolls onto another court, pause play and return it safely. 8. Staff decisions. Please follow guidance from team members—they’re here to help everyone enjoy the club. 9. First aid & emergencies. Qualified first aiders are available on site. **For any medical emergency, report to Reception immediately or call 01254240662.** 10. Fire safety. **The main fire assembly point is in the main car park.** Follow staff instructions and posted signage. **Food & Drink** • Food and drinks are available in our Bar, Café, and Jules Restaurant (members receive 10% off food at Jules).
