**Membership Benefits** Benefits apply at all Charlotte Padel Club locations. **Initiation Fee:** $150 ** Fee will be charged automatically to New Members only. **Exclusive Member Benefits:** * 60% discount on court rentals (Off-Peak Hours) * 40% discount on court rentals (Peak Hours) * 40% on Open Plays * 40% on Clinics and Lessons * Discount rates on all events and tournaments * 10% discount on merchandise * Book Courts 7 days in advance * 1 Monthly Guest Pass – For first-time guests only. Member participation required. Limit one guest pass per individual every 60 days. * Wellness Benefits: Enjoy a 10% discount on all memberships + Packages at "The Invigory." **Exclusive Member Pricing:** * Court rental fee Off-Peak (per person/hr): $10 * Court rental fee Peak Hour (per person/hr): $15 * Open Play (90-120 min): $25 * Clinics (90 min): $30 __ * Private lesson: $75 * 2-person lesson: $50 per person * 3-person lesson: $40 per person * 4-person lesson: $30 per person * Play with a Pro: $40 __ **Membership Cancellation Policy** You must provide notice before your next billing cycle to cancel your membership. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. If you need to pause your membership temporarily, you can request a freeze for up to 60 days. Freeze requests may be granted for: * Extended travel (30+ days) * Temporary relocation (50+ miles) * Medical conditions or injury (documentation may be required) * Other reasons are at CPC management’s discretion Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Initiation, processing, and special service fees are non-refundable. In the event of a club closure, memberships may be suspended or refunded based on the circumstances. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. If you face medical or relocation challenges, please contact us to explore possible solutions. You can rejoin at any time, as long as your account is in good standing. If you rejoin within 30 days, your original terms and pricing will apply. After 30 days, rejoining will be subject to current rates and policies.
