Off Peak Subscription

RIKERS Off-Peak Membership — Terms & Conditions Membership * Valid for one registered player only and is non-transferable. * Covers the member’s individual player participation only, not a full-court booking. * Valid for 30 consecutive days from activation. Usage * Includes one eligible game per day during designated RIKES Off-Peak hours. * Any additional game on the same day is charged at the applicable standard rate. * Eligible Off-Peak times are shown on Playtomic and may be adjusted based on operational requirements. Booking * All bookings must be made through Playtomic and are subject to court availability. * Members may hold up to 5 active future bookings at one time. * Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance. * Membership does not guarantee a specific court, date, or time. Cancellation & No-Show * Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. * Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated misuse may result in the booking being treated as used and/or temporary booking restrictions. Other Players * Membership benefits apply only to the registered member. * Non-member players joining the booking must pay the applicable standard player or court fee. Validity & Misuse * Unused benefits cannot be carried forward, extended, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit. * Membership cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded once activated, except where required by applicable law. * Sharing, reselling, or allowing another person to use the membership or Playtomic account may result in immediate cancellation without refund and restriction from future memberships. Club Rules & Availability * Members must comply with all RIKES rules, booking policies, dress code, safety requirements, and standards of conduct. * Membership quantities are limited and sales may close once capacity is reached. * RIKES may update operational terms when reasonably required. Material changes affecting active memberships will be communicated where applicable.
