Paus Club

To us, wellness is about finding balance - in Love, Health, Work, and Play. Paus Club is here to help you do just that, with intention, connection, and routine- From movement classes that build strength, to padel for social movement, community events that spark personal growth, spa treatments for recovery, and an eatery menu crafted for nourishment. Padel is movement with a social heartbeat. Whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or joining a community match, our courts are about play, connection and energy.
