Cancellation Rules Cancel 4 hours before booking. Late cancellation = penalty strike. 3 strikes in a month = membership suspension for 7 days. No-Show Rule No-show = 1 strike 3 strikes = membership suspension Court Abuse Rule Members cannot: • Book multiple courts simultaneously • Hold courts without players • Repeatedly cancel after holding courts Violation = membership cancellation
