VDP Annual Membership – Key Terms • Annual Membership is valid for 12 months and paid upfront. • Membership will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term unless cancelled before the renewal date. • If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel prior to renewal to avoid being charged. • Once an annual payment has been taken, it is non-refundable. • Members may choose to switch to a monthly membership at the end of their annual term by cancelling the annual renewal and purchasing a monthly membership separately. • Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only while membership is active. • Court bookings are subject to availability and do not guarantee court access. • Peak and off-peak times, booking limits and benefits may vary by club and are subject to change. • Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or cancellation.
