FAST TRACK to Padel - Stage 1 (4 Week Course)

Our 4-week Fast Track to Padel course is the perfect introduction to the game! Whether you're completely new to padel or looking to build confidence with the basics, we'll get you on court, learning, playing and having fun from day one. Week 1 — Back Glass 🧱 Get to grips with one of padel's most important skills — using the back glass. Learn how to read the bounce, control the ball and start turning defence into attack. Week 2 — Volleys & Overheads ⚡ Time to move forward! Learn the fundamentals of volleys and overhead shots, helping you become more confident at the net and put pressure on your opponents. Week 3 — Serving 🎯 Serve it up! Learn the correct technique, placement and tactics to start points effectively and give yourself the best possible start to every rally. Week 4 — Matchplay 🏆 Put it all together! Take your new skills into fun, coached matchplay, learning how to use what you've practised in real points and beginning to develop your game.
