Intermediate Coaching Course (6 Week Block) with Coach Stef Take your padel to the next level with a structured 6-week coaching course 90 mins designed for experienced players looking to refine advanced techniques, improve tactical awareness and compete with greater confidence. Each week focuses on one key area of high-level padel, building the skills needed to dominate points rather than simply stay in them. Week 1: Own the Net – Advanced volley technique, positioning, poaching, interceptions and controlling the pace of the rally. Week 2: Master the Overheads – Refine your bandeja, vibora, gancho and smash, learning when to use each shot and how to maintain attacking pressure. Week 3: Elite Defence – Double glass, side glass, back glass combinations, resets and defending difficult balls with confidence. Week 4: Build Winning Points – Chiquitas, lobs, changes of pace and creating patterns of play to force errors and open the court. Week 5: Tactical Team Play – Reading opponents, defending the middle, switching formations, movement as a pair and exploiting opponents' weaknesses. Week 6: Competitive Matchplay – Advanced tactical scenarios, game management, serving patterns, return strategies and decision making under pressure. With a maximum of 6 players, you'll receive plenty of individual coaching from an LTA Certified Coach in a friendly, professional environment.
