This clinic takes your glass play to the next level, developing the reads, footwork, and shot selection needed to turn defensive situations into genuine attacking opportunities. What to expect: Advanced ball reading – Sharpen your ability to anticipate how pace, spin, and angle affect the ball's behaviour off both the back and side glass, reacting earlier and with greater precision Footwork under pressure – Refine your movement patterns to handle faster, more awkward balls off the glass, including the lateral adjustments needed when the ball skids or kicks unpredictably Attacking off the back glass – Move beyond just getting the ball back and start playing with direction and intent, using the back glass situation to drive, lob, or wrong-foot your opponents Side glass combinations – Understand how to handle balls that take both the side and back glass, one of the trickiest situations in padel, and turn them into controlled, purposeful shots The offensive lob – Develop a high, deep lob played with placement and disguise, using it to reverse the momentum of a point and force your opponents off the net Resetting & transitioning – Learn how to use a well-executed glass shot to reset the point and begin working your way back to the net, rather than staying pinned at the back Pressure glass drills – Fast-paced exercises replicating match conditions, building consistency and composure when balls come at you quickly and from difficult angles Live point scenarios – Structured point play focused on converting glass situations into momentum shifts, putting your reads, movement, and shot selection together under realistic pressure Who is it for?
