Off The Glass

Join this focused training session designed to help players understand and use the glass effectively during rallies. Learning how to play the ball after it comes off the back or side glass is a key skill that helps players stay in points and improve control on court. In this session, players will work through structured drills that develop timing, positioning, and confidence when playing off the glass. We’ll practice reading the bounce, controlling defensive shots, and turning defensive situations into attacking opportunities. With 3–8 players per session, you’ll get plenty of repetitions, guidance, and game-based exercises to help you feel more comfortable using the glass during matches.
