Completed your Intro to Padel session? This is the perfect next step. We'll build on the fundamentals you covered in Part 1 and help you feel more confident on the court. This session focuses on developing effective forehand and backhand volley technique, as well as introducing key matchplay tips, including court positioning, movement with your partner, and when to attack or defend.
