This programme is tailored for those who already have a solid foundation in racket sports and are committed to improving their technique, tactical awareness, and competitive mindset. Sessions are intensive and structured, with an emphasis on advanced shot development, positioning, match strategy, and decision-making under pressure. Players will take part in drills, conditioned games, and match play designed to simulate real competitive scenarios and sharpen their on-court performance.
