Introduction to Padel

This fun 60-minute session is the perfect place to start your padel journey! We’ll cover the padel basics, including the rules, serving and how to play after the glass, before finishing with some points so you can put your new skills into practice. No experience needed - just bring your trainers, water and enthusiasm! Rackets and balls will be provided.
