Descrição

Padel Up! (All level) Calling all drill seekers. This is our high-intensity drill session, covering every shot in the game: overheads, lobs, volleys and more. We’ll push your cardio, fitness and recovery to sharpen-up your shot selection and learn to move in unison with your partner. Fast, focused and fun, it drills the good habits in until they're instinct, so you own the court.
