Intermediate/Advanced Padel Class

This class is designed for experienced players looking to sharpen their game, increase match consistency, and compete at a higher level. Sessions are fast paced, more tactical and focused on decision making under pressure. You'll refine advanced shot selection, including aggressive volley, controlled bandejas, viboras and overhead smashes, with an emphasis on precision, variation and intent. Training will also focus on defending effectively using the glass, turning difficult situations into neutral or attacking positions. A key part of the class is tactical awareness and , point construction. You'll learn how to control tempo, exploit opponents weakeness and adapt your strategy midpoint and across matches. There is strong emphasis on net dominance and transitions, helping you recognise the right moments to attack, defend or reset the point.
