Master the Glass - Intermediate

Take your defensive game to the next level by mastering one of padel’s most unique skills—the glass. This intermediate coaching session is designed for players who are already comfortable using the glass and want to improve their consistency, confidence and decision-making under pressure. Through a combination of technical drills and realistic match scenarios, you’ll learn how to defend more effectively and turn defensive situations into attacking opportunities. During the class you’ll learn: * Advanced back glass and side glass techniques * Reading different rebounds and adjusting your positioning * Defending under pressure with confidence * Using the glass to create attacking opportunities * Transitioning from defence to attack By improving your movement, anticipation and shot selection, you’ll become more comfortable at the back of the court and better equipped to stay in longer rallies against stronger opponents. All equipment is included—just bring comfortable sports clothing and trainers, and we’ll provide the rest. Suitable for: Intermediate players Duration: 60 minutes
