New to padel? This session is the perfect way to get started! Our Introduction to Padel session is designed for complete beginners and players with little or no previous experience. You’ll learn the basics of the game in a relaxed and friendly environment, including how to hold and use the racket, basic shots, serving, positioning and the simple rules of padel. No experience or equipment is required, just bring yourself, comfortable sportswear and a willingness to have fun!
