Total Duration: 90 mins Structure Flow: Theory → Practice → Live Application Final Learning Outcome Players will: ✔️ Improve defensive confidence ✔️ Read rebounds earlier ✔️ Gain time under pressure ✔️ Make better decisions during rallies NOTE: If only 2 participants are registered, the lesson duration will be reduced to 60 minutes. Sessions with fewer than 2 participants will be cancelled.
