MUCHO SAPA ADVANCED CHALLENGE SERIES WITH EPICENTER This is a SAPA Bronze Men's Tournament If you do not have a Rankedin profile - please register in order to receive SAPA points you obtain. If you do not register you can still compete but no points can be awarded to you. Every position will receive points. Females are able to enter as well but as this is a SAPA Men's Tournament; only male participants will be able to receive points. Every player must have a partner; if you do not have a partner you will be paired up with someone If you joined without a partner but later find a partner please do let admin know Payment to be made on Playtomic. Each round must produce a winning team, no ties. The resultant placing will be determined first by wins, second on points difference and in the matter of there still being ties, the head to head record will be taken into account. Draws will be finalised approximately 36hrs before - once this period has started no refunds will be issued. Regrettable refunds will only be granted if a new team is found to replace the cancelled team or a consented sub is found to replace a player. During the tournament - late comers will concede 2 points for every min they are late It will be up to the opponents to waive this penalty There is 2min break allocated to each round This also includes bathroom breaks We advise all teams/players arrive at least 15mins before start of the tournament In fair play it is important that each team ensures they keep accurate scores In disputable in/out calls - calls from the team from the side of the court which the ball bounced must be accepted It is also important that a member from both teams are present and ensures the correct results are submitted; if this does not take place and an incorrect score was submitted this will be deemed as an accepted result This is a competition but any cheating or improper conduct from any player if proof is provided could result in admin DQ'ing a pair The admin reserves this right to maintain order Good luck to all participants
