Note: UDST is proud to provide access to its courts and free balls for every game, ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your time on the court. For those looking for a premium experience, rackets are available for rent, and fresh cans of balls can be purchased on-site.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

At UDST, we value both our community players and our institutional commitments. Please note:

• Player Cancellations: Players may cancel their own bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
• UDST Cancellations (≥6 hours’ notice): UDST reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time in the event of internal commitments, particularly when accommodating requests from higher government institutions or ministries. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
• UDST Cancellations (<6 hours’ notice): If UDST requests a cancellation less than 6 hours before the rental start time for the above reasons, players will receive a full refund and one complimentary booking within 7 days (subject to slot availability).We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to deliver an outstanding Padel experience while also fulfilling important national commitments.
