À propos de la leçon

INTRO TO PADEL An introductory padel course will teach absolute beginners the core rules, basic strokes, and glass-wall tactics needed to start playing matches. Greg Watson is the lead coach. What You Learn in a Beginner Padel Course Basic Groundstrokes: You practice flat, compact forehands and backhands with low backswings and controlled power rather than hard topspin. The Rules & Scoring: You learn that padel is played in doubles on an enclosed court using a shorter racket and a low-bounce ball, with scoring similar to tennis. Court Positioning: You learn basic doubles movement, such as how and when to move up to the net together with your partner Using the Glass: Coaches show you how to let the ball bounce off the back and side glass walls so you can return shots smoothly instead of panicking. PLEASE NOTE: This is a six week course and you will be signing up for the whole six week period by paying the £40 fee. Dates of course: Wednesday’s 10 – 11am Weds 30 Sept Weds 7 Oct Weds 14 Oct Weds 21 Oct Half term break Weds 4 Nov Weds 11 Nov
