Welcome to Madison House Member Club at METT Singapore. **Cancellation Policy ** Court bookings may be cancelled through Playtomic at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time for an automatic full refund. Full court booking fees will apply to self-cancellations made within 12 hours.
We kindly ask that bookings be released promptly, allowing other Members a fair opportunity to reserve their preferred court times.

**Wet Weather Policy ** Should heavy rain, thunder or lightning make the courts unsafe or unplayable before your session, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.
When weather conditions interrupt play:

• Within the first 30 minutes, the full booking value will be returned strictly as Playtomic credit.
• After 30 minutes of play, the full court booking rate will apply.
