Our 6-Week Beginners Padel Course is designed to take you from complete beginner to confident player, teaching you everything you need to know to get out on court and enjoy the game. 🎾 Across six progressive sessions, our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals, techniques and tactics of padel in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. WEEK 1 — THE BASICS 👌 - Get to grips with the fundamentals of padel. - Introduction to the court, scoring and rules - How to hold and control your racket - Forehand and backhand basics - Basic positioning and movement - Your first rallies WEEK 2 — SERVE & RETURN 🔥 - Learn how to start points confidently. - How to serve correctly - Different types of serve - Return of serve - Understanding where to stand - Building consistent points from the start WEEK 3 — USING THE WALLS 🫡 - Learn what makes padel different from other racket sports. - Understanding the glass and back walls How to play balls off the wall - Defensive positioning - Controlling difficult balls - Turning defence into attack WEEK 4 — NET PLAY & VOLLEYS👏 - Start taking control of the court. - Moving up to the net - Forehand and backhand volleys - Volley positioning and technique - Attacking as a pair - Knowing when to move forward and when to stay back WEEK 5 — TACTICS & POINT CONSTRUCTION 🧠 - Start thinking like a padel player. - Where to hit the ball - Shot selection - Playing to your opponents' weaknesses - Communication with your partner - Positioning as a team - Building and winning points WEEK 6 — PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER 🎾 - Bring everything you've learned onto the court. - Putting your techniques into match play - Tactical decision-making - Playing as a pair - Match scenarios and competitive games - Tips to continue improving after the course Finish with a fun mini tournament! 🏆 BY THE END OF THE 6 WEEKS... You'll have a solid understanding of the rules, techniques and tactics of padel, giving you the confidence to book a court, join games and start playing matches independently.
