Sobre a aula

Take control of the net and improve your confidence in attacking situations with this intermediate masterclass focused on net shots. You’ll work on volleys, positioning, reaction time, direction control, and decision-making to become more solid and effective close to the net. Perfect for players who want to play more aggressively, keep pressure on their opponents, and win more points at the front of the court.
