Nathan's Intermediate Course

4-Week Intermediate Course Develop your technique, sharpen your tactics and play with greater confidence across four weekly coaching sessions. Week 1 – Defence & glass: Read the rebound, defend under pressure and use effective lobs to regain the net. Week 2 – Volleys & net play: Improve control, placement and positioning to build pressure with your partner. Week 3 – Overheads: Develop your bandeja and víbora, recognising when to maintain control and when to attack. Week 4 – Match tactics: Improve serves, returns and shot selection, bringing everything together through coached matchplay. Each session combines focused drills with game situations to help you take these skills into your matches.
