Advanced Coached Class

Who this is for: Skilled players who can switch effectively between attack and defence, control rallies, and use a wide range of tactical shots. What you'll be do: Train with your group on a specific theme such as volleys, defence, lobs, or attacking play. These structured sessions focus on developing technique, consistency and tactical understanding. Please note: To keep sessions fun and competitive, we ask players to book the level that best matches their ability. We will let you know if we think you are in the wrong group and if you're unsure about your level, please ask a member of the team.
