Across the session, you’ll focus on: • Improving technique, preparation and contact point • Developing greater height, depth and consistency • Understanding when and where to use the lob • Using the lob effectively when defending under pressure • Recognising opportunities to regain the net • Applying the shot effectively in match situations Using a combination of technical drills, live feeds and game-based exercises, you’ll work on the fundamentals of the lob before progressing into realistic situations where you can put the technique into practice. Ideal for players looking to improve their defensive game, take pressure away from opponents and use the lob with greater confidence and purpose.
