Fransvliet Padel Play padel in the vinyard! Located on **Fransvliet Wine & Guest Estate **in the heart of Franschhoek, our private padel court offers a truly unique setting — surrounded by vineyards and mountains. Fransvliet is first and foremost a boutique wine estate and guesthouse, so our facilities are designed for leisure and tranquility rather than high-traffic sports. Please note that we do not offer changing rooms, lockers, or showers. If you are staying with us, you can easily walk from your suite or villa to the court and back to the comfort of your room to change and freshen up. As a guesthouse dedicated to the comfort of our holidaymakers, we kindly limit outside players to a maximum of four guests per booking. Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations: Bookings are subject to availability Fransvliet Padel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance needs.
2. Court Usage: The court is to be used exclusively for playing padel.Maximum four players per court (two per team).Only non-marking padel shoes are allowed.Players must use their own equipment responsibly and avoid causing damage to the court or surroundings.
3. Safety and Liability: Use of the court is at your own risk. Fransvliet Padel accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages.Players should warm up and take all necessary safety precautions.Fransvliet Padel may deny access or remove players whose behavior compromises safety.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
5. Code of Conduct: All players are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Fransvliet Padel reserves the right to suspend or ban players for misconduct.
6. Facility Rules: No smoking or illegal substances on or around the court. No pets allowed on the court. Please keep the area clean and use the provided bins. External groups are limited to 4 guests per booking.
