No long-term contract — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Membership is non-transferable. Bookings All bookings must be made via Playtomic. Member discounts apply only to the member’s share of the booking. Booking windows (e.g. 21 days) are subject to availability. Cancellations Bookings can be cancelled up to 8 hours before play for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access. Fair Use (Unlimited Membership) Unlimited/off-peak access is subject to fair usage. Excessive or abusive booking patterns may be restricted to ensure fair access for all members. Discounts & Benefits Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
